During this transition period, affected filers must ensure that they have an EDGAR account.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply for an EDGAR account<\/strong><br>Reporting persons who do not have EDGAR accounts should apply for access to EDGAR as soon as possible, and well before the compliance deadline of April 13, 2023.
